You have the added benefit of not having to go out of your own home, but laying down and feeling the energy grow.

5 minutes before the start, either sit or lay down somewhere quiet, where you won't be disturbed.
Play some relaxing music and close your eyes.
After your session ends, you will feel Relaxed, Re-Energised, and Revived.
Take your time and don't rush off to get something else done.
Remember to drink plenty of water for the rest of the day.
