We start with a small introduction, get to know each other and get ready to enjoy each others company.

We then begin with looking at the crystals that are available for the day. 

We then move into a meditation to guide you to the crystal that is most pertinent for your wellbeing at that moment in time. 

Its always your choice, but if you are stuck, the meditation will help

Time to choose all the co-ordinating parts to your Mala.

The coloured thread you'll knot with, and the tassel. 

We then thread the beads, and begin knotting. You'll discover some fascinating facts as you go, and the conversation flows between the group. You might be surprised about the things you have in common. 

To finish, you'll add the Guru bead, securing it into place, and then you'll create your own tassel with the cotton you chose at the beginning. You could always change your mind and choose a different colour.

This will then complete the Mala

Once we have made our Mala, we will create an affirmation that you can use with it. I'll guide you through a meditation using the Mala and your affirmation

You will also leave with a card detailing the crystal properties of the main crystal you have used, areas of support it can help with, and the affirmation that you used during the meditation
